During this time, he has held 5 CEO positions running a diverse global technology portfolio covering services, software and SaaS. Heath has focused most of his career on running companies that serve the financial services community.

Robert Browning
Managing Director

Robert is Managing Director at TrustQuay, managing Professional Services, Customer Services, Development, HR and Strategy & Innovation. He joined TrustQuay in 2017 following 20 years’ experience with Fiserv and Finastra focused on the innovation and delivery of software solutions and services for the global financial services industry.

Robert was attracted to TrustQuay for the opportunity to work in markets and with customers that are under-served by technology and going through a very familiar regulatory transformation. Robert is currently based in the UK having also lived and worked in Singapore and the US.

Eileen Jackson
Finance Director

Eileen is Finance Director at TrustQuay, joining two years ago with over 10 years’ of experience overseeing finance and financial planning. Prior to joining TrustQuay, Eileen has worked in senior finance roles at ICAP and Interserve.

Eileen has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from University College Cork and is a member of the ICAEW.

Adrian Akers
Global Head of Strategy and Innovation

Adrian is Global Head of Strategy and Innovation at TrustQuay. He joined TrustQuay over 21 years ago and worked with the earliest versions of NavOne all the way through to the latest. Staying on top of current and emerging technologies, Adrian ensures TrustQuay stays at the forefront of innovation, working to discover solutions to business challenges as soon as they emerge.

Adrian graduated with a first class Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Informatics, and also trained to be a commercial pilot before joining TrustQuay in 2001.

Diane Betts
Global Head of Professional Services

Diane is Global Head of Professional Services at TrustQuay. Diane joined TrustQuay with an extensive background and experience within the Fintech industry, where she previously led the client delivery of a large portfolio of digital transformation and payment solution programmes for global banking clients at Fiserv and Dovetail.

Prior to this, she led software implementations for payment card and treasury solutions alongside service operating model organisational design and transformation during tenures at Visa Europe, Reuters and IBM.

Based in the UK, Diane holds a degree in Italian and French from the University of Manchester.

Greg Coppell
Head of Asia Pacific

Greg is Head of Asia Pacific at TrustQuay, responsible for TrustQuay’s operations in the Asia Pacific region. He joined the business in 2001 and emigrated from Jersey in 2005.

He has grown the business in the APAC region from a single employee office to the large regional team that it is today. During this time, Greg has worked in a number of key critical roles harnessing his technical, project management and business development skills, alongside excellent domain and regional knowledge, to serve our customers in the region.

Ed Creswell
Global Head of Sales

Ed is the Global Head of Sales at TrustQuay. He has worked in fintech business development for 14 years in organisations such as Temenos Multifonds, Milestone Group and Netik, selling to diverse markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Ed is an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering growth across new business sales and account management.

Ed started his career with the British Army, previously spent 10 years in the travel market and has an MBA from Cranfield University.

Graeme Ferguson
Global Head of Pre-Sales

Graeme is Global Head of Pre-Sales at TrustQuay. He joined TrustQuay in 2006 with 15 years’ experience and knowledge in accounting, trust operations, trust systems, and project management. He brings excellent knowledge to our prospective customers, helping to demonstrate how firms can achieve revenue and efficiency improvements with our software.

Graeme holds a BSc Combined Honours in Mathematics and Sport Science, and has worked in a variety of roles within the finance industry.

Mel Mariner
Global Head of HR

Mel is the Global Head of HR at TrustQuay. She joined the TrustQuay senior management team in 2018 with over 10 years of experience in HR within the software industry.

Mel has a degree in Business Studies from Bournemouth University and started her career as a recruitment consultant for Reed, later becoming the HR Manager at ICSA software, a global vendor of compliance solutions.

Joe Sefton Jenkins
Global Head of Technology and Development

Joe is Global Head of Technology and Development at TrustQuay. He has been leading the development and technology organisation at TrustQuay since July 2017 and has overall responsibility for product development across the firm’s portfolio. This includes the flagship NavOne and 5Series products. His role encompasses development, quality assurance, and customer service.

Prior to joining TrustQuay, Joe was the Global Director of Product Development at Fiserv and has worked in product development, professional services and consultancy roles at several fintech companies, serving some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

Joe holds a degree in Geophysics from Leeds University and post-graduate research in seismology at the University of Bristol.

Paul White
Chief Marketing Officer

Paul joined TrustQuay as Chief Marketing Officer in 2023 leading our marketing strategy across all jurisdictions and products. With a track record in the financial services industry at Capital One, Travelex and Zurich, Paul has delivered technology transformation from the client’s vantage point and is a champion of customer success.


Since then, Paul has contributed to the international expansion of Fintech businesses including KANA and Gresham, helping create sustainable growth and customer advocacy in their growing global client bases.


Paul has a Microelectronics and Computing Degree from Nottingham Trent University and an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago for Business to Business Marketing.
