Our management team have experience in a range of different industries, but all have a passion for build great software and providing an excellent service to our customers.
Keith is the Executive Chairman of TrustQuay. Keith has 30 years’ experience building financial technology companies for the banking, asset servicing, fund, and wealth management markets. Previously Keith was the CEO of Multifonds, the leading mutual fund administration software company.
In 2015, Keith and the team sold Multifonds to Temenos, joining their Executive Management Board. Prior to Multifonds, Keith co-founded Netik in 1997, the data management software provider, before selling the business to BNY Mellon.
Keith has an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Liverpool.
Robert is Managing Director at TrustQuay, managing Professional Services, Customer Services, Development, HR and Strategy & Innovation. He joined TrustQuay in 2017 following 20 years’ experience with Fiserv and Finastra focused on the innovation and delivery of software solutions and services for the global financial services industry.
Robert was attracted to TrustQuay for the opportunity to work in markets and with customers that are under-served by technology and going through a very familiar regulatory transformation. Robert is currently based in the UK having also lived and worked in Singapore and the US.
Peter is Managing Director at TrustQuay, focusing on Account Management. He has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and systems in international finance centres.
Previously, Peter was Managing Director of Landsteiner (CI) Limited, which was acquired by Touchstone Group plc in 2005, and led Touchstone Wealth Management based in Jersey from that time until the formation of the new TrustQuay operations.
As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, he worked at Board level in Jersey-based banking operations until 2000.
Eileen is Finance Director at TrustQuay, joining two years ago with over 10 years’ of experience overseeing finance and financial planning. Prior to joining TrustQuay, Eileen has worked in senior finance roles at ICAP and Interserve.
Eileen has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from University College Cork and is a member of the ICAEW.
Adrian is Global Head of Strategy and Innovation at TrustQuay. He joined TrustQuay over 18 years ago and worked with the earliest versions of NavOne all the way through to the latest. Staying on top of current and emerging technologies, Adrian ensures TrustQuay stays at the forefront of innovation, working to discover solutions to business challenges as soon as they emerge.
Adrian graduated with a first class Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Informatics, and also trained to be a commercial pilot before joining TrustQuay in 2001.
Greg is Head of Asia Pacific at TrustQuay, responsible for TrustQuay’s operations in the Asia Pacific region. He joined the business in 2001 and emigrated from Jersey in 2005.
He has grown the business in the APAC region from a single employee office to the large regional team that it is today. During this time, Greg has worked in a number of key critical roles harnessing his technical, project management and business development skills, alongside excellent domain and regional knowledge, to serve our customers in the region.
Ed is the Global Head of Sales at TrustQuay. He has worked in fintech business development for 14 years in organisations such as Temenos Multifonds, Milestone Group and Netik, selling to diverse markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Ed is an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering growth across new business sales and account management.
Ed started his career with the British Army, previously spent 10 years in the travel market and has an MBA from Cranfield University.
Graeme is Global Head of Pre-Sales at TrustQuay. He joined TrustQuay in 2006 with 15 years’ experience and knowledge in accounting, trust operations, trust systems, and project management. He brings excellent knowledge to our prospective customers, helping to demonstrate how firms can achieve revenue and efficiency improvements with our software.
Graeme holds a BSc Combined Honours in Mathematics and Sport Science, and has worked in a variety of roles within the finance industry.
Mel is the Global Head of HR at TrustQuay. She joined the TrustQuay senior management team in 2018 with over 10 years of experience in HR within the software industry.
Mel has a degree in Business Studies from Bournemouth University and started her career as a recruitment consultant for Reed, later becoming the HR Manager at ICSA software, a global vendor of compliance solutions.
Kevin is Global Head of Professional Services at TrustQuay. Based in Guernsey, Kevin has been immersed in the world of offshore finance since joining the business in 1997.
Kevin has built up a wealth of business and product experience over 20+ years delivering consultancy and project management services to the wide and varied range of clients across the globe. He has combined his client-facing role with the management and leadership of services teams; defining the standards, behaviours and culture for our Professional Services team.
Joe is Global Head of Technology and Development at TrustQuay. He has been leading the development and technology organisation at TrustQuay since July 2017 and has overall responsibility for product development across the firm’s portfolio. This includes the flagship NavOne and 5Series products. His role encompasses development, quality assurance, and customer service.
Prior to joining TrustQuay, Joe was the Global Director of Product Development at Fiserv and has worked in product development, professional services and consultancy roles at several fintech companies, serving some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Joe holds a degree in Geophysics from Leeds University and post-graduate research in seismology at the University of Bristol.
Simon is Global Head of Product and Marketing. Prior to joining TrustQuay in 2017, Simon spent 10 years as a product leader in the UK corporate services market, in addition to experience in mobile web, analytics, travel, and supply chain management software. Prior to his career in software, Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and spent four years in Audit and Assurance.
Simon holds a degree in Mathematics from Swansea University, is a Fellow of the ICAEW and has been certified in product management by Product Focus.
