Core Business Specification

The Core Business scheme at TrustQuay is an ideal entry point for anyone wanting to pursue a career with a software company

Focused on Financial Services Technology you will initially become a product expert, developing the product and technical expertise to be able to take responsibility for investigating issues and working closely with our global customers to identify resolution options. Having established a solid grounding in Financial Services and the products and technology that serve this industry, there will be the opportunity to explore numerous future career directions

We are looking for BSc/MSc graduates with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who are keen to develop a customer-focused career.

Year one

Learn customer relationship skills and take responsibility for liaising with customers to investigate open issues

Assist in updating customers to the latest product versions

Broad exposure to the business and financial services market as well as the opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge. This will include working closely with various internal TrustQuay teams (including Professional Services, Product & Marketing and Development) to efficiently and effectively deal with customer issues and requests

What do I need to apply?

The minimum requirement is a 2:1 (or you should be on track to achieve a 2:1) in a relevant degree discipline such as Information systems, Economics, Business or any other social sciences degree.

Year two

In addition to continuing work as a Support Consultant, you will have the opportunity to explore specialisation in a desired career path such as Project Management, Training, Technical Consultancy, Business Consultancy, Product Management or Sales. All of these roles would provide the opportunity to travel to visit our global customer base.
